Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hyskins.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. User Accounts

To upload content, you must create an account. You agree that:

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account access links.
  • You will not share your account or let others access it.
  • The information you provide (Username, Email) is accurate.

3. User Generated Content (UGC)

3.1 License Grant

You retain ownership of any content ("Skins", files, images) you upload to the Service. However, by uploading, you grant Hyskins.io a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

3.2 Intellectual Property & Game Assets

Note on Hytale Assets:

We recognize that "Skins" may consist of assets, textures, or models owned by Hypixel Studios/Riot Games ("Game Developers").

By uploading content, you represent that:

  • You have the right to share this content under the Game Developer's applicable Fan Content Policy or EULA.
  • Your upload does not infringe on the rights of other creators (e.g., you did not steal another user's work).
  • You are not claiming ownership of official Game Developer assets, but rather the unique composition or original work you have created.

4. Prohibited Content & Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for certain content. You agree not to upload:

  • Content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or obscene.
  • Content that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights.
  • Malware, viruses, or code designed to disrupt the Service.

Enforcement: We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate or suspend user accounts without prior notice and at our sole discretion if we determine a violation has occurred.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

"As Is" Basis: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding the reliability or availability of the Service.

Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hyskins.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sweden.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
